I think that Steam auto-downloaded an update without me noticing, so the next time I launched it, it spent another minute or two unpacking assets. Since then, though, the main menu has launched within a few seconds, and each level takes between 10-30 seconds. Could be faster, but it's not too bad.<br /><br />I'm getting close to beating the main campaign, and am absolutely loving it. The dialogue gets a bit unpolished near the end, which is a shame, but on the flip side the final environments look REALLY good.
