- Repeal Proposition 13.
- Allow the state to pass a budget by majority vote.
- Pass Proposition 11.
- Have leaders who behave like adults.
- Forbid groups from promoting a measure by advertising that it "Does not increase taxes!!!1!!!" when it issues general obligation bonds.
